Healthcare Brand

Growing visibility and inquiries through a more focused social media strategy.

Industry: Healthcare
My Role: Social Media Strategy & Management
Scope: Social Media Strategy · Content · Community Engagement · Meta Ads
Primary Channel: Facebook

Where we started

The client came to us wanting to build stronger visibility for their glucose meter brand and generate more inquiries through social media.

Their presence was inconsistent, and they weren’t sure how to use their channels effectively.

Facebook was especially important because that’s where much of their target audience was already spending time.

At the start, their Facebook page was reaching just 103 accounts during the reporting period.

What we worked on

We developed a social media strategy with Facebook as the main focus, supported by content on Instagram and TikTok.

The work included organic content, paid campaigns, and consistent audience engagement.

Instead of relying on posting alone, we used paid media to extend the reach of the content while actively engaging with people who were relevant to the brand.

The first month

The difference showed fairly quickly.

Facebook reach grew from 103 to 129.6K, while page visits increased from 281 to 1.2K during the periods compared in the report.

The client also began receiving more inquiries.

That early response gave us a much better idea of what was resonating, so we kept building from there.

Six months later

The part I find more interesting is that the visibility didn’t disappear after the initial campaign.

Six months into the engagement, Facebook reach was still above 132K, with page visits holding at around 1.2K during the reporting period.

Paid reach during that period was approximately 129.7K, with more than 200K paid impressions.

The client was also continuing to receive inquiries, which was ultimately much more important than reach on its own.

Making the budget work harder

The monthly advertising budget was around ₱10,000.

In one 30-day period, the campaigns generated:

136.6K

Reach

212.9K

Messaging conversations started

94.5K

Post engagements

For a relatively modest media budget, the campaigns gave the brand consistent visibility while creating more opportunities for potential customers to start a conversation.

My role

My work on the account included:

  • Social media strategy
  • Content planning
  • Organic social media content
  • Facebook-focused growth strategy
  • Instagram and TikTok content
  • Audience engagement
  • Meta Ads
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and adjustments

What mattered most

The reach numbers are great to see.

But for this client, visibility had a job to do. We wanted more of the right people discovering the brand and, eventually, reaching out.

The increase in inquiries was the signal that mattered most.

And six months later, we were still seeing both.
